El Tiempo de Todos

From Ramassà we join the El tiempo de todos project, an initiative promoted by FC Barcelona player, Dani Olmo, together with Fútbol Más España and Common Goal, which uses football and sport as tools for social transformation for children and young people.

The project was born from the player’s desire to listen, accompany and generate real opportunities for young people who live with social, emotional and personal challenges, focusing on aspects such as emotional well-being, coexistence, inclusion, conflict resolution and healthy habits.

The initiative is being developed in Barcelona and Badalona with the participation of La Rotllana and Ramassà, two entities with a consolidated track record of community work through sport.

In our case, the project focuses especially on working with migrant and refugee women, through the inclusive women’s football project. Through 11 socio-sports sessions, we generate safe spaces where football becomes a tool to strengthen self-esteem, create bonds, encourage participation and build community.

We also participate in the training of young coaches who will be responsible for bringing this methodology to their communities, thus multiplying the social impact of the project and reinforcing the role of sport as a driver of cohesion and transformation.

For us, being part of El tiempo de todos means continuing to bet on a football model committed to people and the territory. A football that goes beyond competition and that understands sport as a tool for inclusion, empowerment and social change.
